And Some orders can be shipped in 3 days.However, each pair is individually made to your specification and due to some prescription lenses may take longer than others.If you really are in a hurry or urgently need new frames or lenses give us a call and we will aim to deliver a quick service for you. Standard Frames / Bifocals / Varifocals / Coated lenses Most standard frames with single vision or bifocal lenses will usually be dispatched within 3-7 days. Please allow a little longer for anti reflective coated bifocals and varifocals or other specially coated lenses.
Rimless Frames Rimless glasses are usually dispatched within 3-7 days.
Out of Stock Frames are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days. However, some models & colours may take a further 10 days or so if out of stock. (We will always notify you of any delays with out of stock frames and give you an estimate of when it is due to be delivered or the option to exchange or cancel)

However, if for any reason you need to send your glasses back to us, whether you are having problems with them or you simply need to send them back for an exchange or refund then please contact us by email or phone explaining your problem
