HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR P.D (PUPIL DISTANCE)

either ask your optician to measure this for you or use a friend or a mirror to measure by yourself take a millimetre ruler and place on the bridge of your nose , align the 0 with the centre of one eye and take the measuement to the centre of the other eye .

if doing this by yourself and you are currently wearing glasses use a felt penclose one eye and mark below your pupil and do the same for the other eye then just measure the distanceif you have dark eyes you can measure from the inner edge of your iris to the outer edge.

If you are unsure about this send us an old pair of glasses which we can take the measurement from or send us a photograph with a reference point on your own glasses and we can do it for you just remember to add the id for your order
